In accordance with company policy, The Glam Loft requires that all service forms be completed prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be advised that failure to complete the necessary forms may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy on Serivces

Refund policies on services rendered can vary depending on the nature of the service, the business, and the agreement between the provider and the client. However, general guidelines often include:

 

No Refund for Completed Services: Our service providers do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed. Once the service is rendered (such as consulting, Skin and Hair Services), it is considered fulfilled, and refunds are not  possible.​

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period for Cancellations:

If a service is rescheduled, the client will need to cancel within 48 hour notice period to avoid penalties or charges. This helps the service provider manage their schedule effectively.

  • Cancellation Fee:

    • 50% Fee: If a client cancels a service within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. This means they will be charged half of the total price for the service they originally booked.

  • Rescheduling Conditions:

    • Rescheduling Within 14 Days: If the client reschedules the service instead of canceling, they can avoid losing the full cost of the service, but a 50% fee will still be applied to the new date. This means that even if they reschedule, they'll pay half the original price upfront for the service.

  • Forfeiture of Fees:

    • If Rescheduled Service is Canceled or Missed: If the client cancels or misses the rescheduled service (within the 14-day period), the 50% fee will be forfeited. This means the amount paid as a deposit or fee will not be refunded, and the client will lose that portion of the payment.

Return Policy on Product 

We have a strict no-refund policy for all products purchased. All sales are final, and customers will not receive refunds for any items sold.

 

Please note the following:

  1. Exceptions: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.

  2. Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  3. Exchanges: We do not facilitate exchanges unless the item is defective. In such cases, please follow our return process for assessment.

  4. Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

  5. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or direct customer notifications.
